Now bear in mind that OSHA has a staff of about 2,000 people nationwide and a budget of $738.7 million (for FFY2024, which was actually a 17% increase over FFY2023, thanks to the Biden administration), about half of which is spent on grants and state aid and education outreach.
Not a lot of fat. Hell, Mu$k earns the equivalent of the OSHA budget every eight days. There are EIGHT MILLION workplaces in the US that fall under the OSHA regulations. This is the kind of thing that you just have to say, “ok, who benefits?”
