Relief from Winter Blahs

Winter can be a busy and stressful time. As Amy Steinbauer pointed out in a recent post, itโ€™s important to practice patience with yourself and coworkers. Relief from the winter blahs is only a few pages away. Around this time of year Iโ€™m frequently searching for relief in the comforting glow of a daylight lamp and respite from the cold, short days. While Iโ€™m a big believer in cultivating all ages outdoor experiences in all kinds of weather, I know winterโ€™s short days and cold temperatures often translate into a lot less outside playtime. And more bottled up energy for young people.
