Our library took young explorers on a magical trip around the globe—no plane ticket required! During our Holiday Passport Adventure, children were invited to discover how different cultures celebrate winter holidays through stories, activities, and hands-on crafts. As they continued their journey, they collected a passport stamp at each “destination” and, along the way, created a special souvenir to take home. Check-In: Picking Up Their Luggage Before boarding our imaginary flight, children stopped at our Luggage Pickup Station—the very first stop on their adventure. Each young traveler received a blank paper suitcase and spent time designing and decorating their own luggage with markers, stickers, and travel-themed labels. Once their suitcases were ready, the adventure truly began! With passports in hand, children could then choose which country they wanted to travel to next, giving them the freedom to explore the world in any order.
