Bill Prince, one of the worldโ€™s leading yacht designers, had just that sort of responsibility when he was asked to redesign Ernest Hemingwayโ€™s famed game fishing boat, Pilar.

The original Pilar has been languishing on dry land in Cuba for the last 86 years at the Museo Ernest Hemingway, in Hemingwayโ€™s former home near Havana.
